Is Central Bank Around the World in Trouble?

So, what is the hell the governors of Central Banks have been doing so far? Why are there so many problems on this institution across the globe? We understand that in the U.S. they have failed to maintain the green notes on its expected values, while in Japan, as well as in Indonesia, the issues on central bank CIO has been politized deliberately.

So.. is it because they got paid too high or do they ignorance? I do hope this issue would be resolved pretty soon, otherwise the world would be easily attacked by speculative action in the bank of another new oil crisis.
