Sorry to say...our main problems in oil and gas sectors today are: (1) how to gear up all efforts to increase significant lifting; and (2) how to start a more transparent regim, especially in production and upstreams. The rest are to follow. Dont bother, we have to thank God for such high oil price, but we are still dumb and dumber instead. yes...oil and gas are supposed to prosper our country as oil producer country. That's the rule of thumbs. No excuse.
